Raw Cacao Balls

1 cup mixed almonds, cashews and hazelnuts
1 cup dates
1/2 cup pepitas
1/4 cup gogi berries or sultanas
3 loaded dessert spoons of Organic Raw Cacao Powder
1 tsp vanilla concentrate
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon tahini paste
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Desiccated coconut for rolling

Process all components, other than the coconut into a food processor until an excellent crumbly consistency (for about a minute on high). Location mix into the fridge for 30 minutes. When cool, roll into walnut sized balls and then roll in desiccated coconut
